We have 60 kids enrolled in the program with 48-55 kids attending each day.* We have been averaging 70 servings available per day with 60 servings being covered by the USDA Summer Food Service Program. All first servings are covered by the USDA reimbursement program and 2% of total meals served for second servings. Our funders cover the rest of the kids who want second helpings of all the fresh fruit, whole grain products and the tasty recipes Chef Katie and her assistant, Jordan, help the kids create each day.

*The past two weeks we have had campers absent to attend Boy Scout camp and football or basketball camp which lowered our numbers for lunch.

Hocking College Fitness

Thanks to our partnership with Hocking College, we spend every afternoon from 2:00 to 3:30 swimming, rock climbing, walking and jogging, playing in the gym, or playing games and riding scooters in the Student Center. After a day of concentrating and focusing on creative projects, the physical activity is a fun break.

We have a snack at 3:30.
And then on the bus and we're done for the day.
