Stir Fry and Egg Rolls and Some Chinese Words for Lunch

 Chef Katie asked Hocking Culinary student, Alice Wang to join us today. Alice's family owns the China Fortune restaurant in Athens, so she knows how to roll egg rolls! She talked to us about the different kinds of sauces and egg rolls or spring rolls in Asian cuisines and taught us a few Chinese words and phrases at lunch.
